1.       Job Purpose
To ensure targets are achieved and to guide and coach the Sales team working under him. Should be result oriented and should drive team to achieve targets. Should have knowledge of the Market/Area for which he is responsible. Act as channel between Business and customers. He should ensure that all company policies are abided and should implement marketing strategies.


2.       Technical Knowledge
MS Office
Must be aware of Key Accounts Operation
Must know how to use technical tools.


3.       Key Accountabilities
To Supervise working of field staff in the designated territory
Ensure the individual & team targets are met
To work jointly with field staff for relationship management
Ensure company policies and norms are followed
Prepare strategy for key account management
Ensure call effectiveness & productivity
Monitor & maintain sales to manpower ratio
Implementation of Marketing Strategies
Smooth & effective management of distribution channel
Track progress & provide feedback on newly launched products in the assigned territory


4.       Leadership Attributes
Should demonstrate leadership quality
Should have the ability to coach the BDO’s
Should have the ability to take decisions


5.       Qualification & Experience
Qualification – Graduate of any discipline. MBA in sales & Marketing preferred
Experience – 5 years experience in beauty or wellness field, with min of 2 years in manager position
Age – 30 – 35
CTC – 5 – 6 L
