1.       Job Purpose
To ensure region achieve its targets are achieved and to guide and coach the Sales team working under him. Should be able to create sustainable performance culture, through monitoring team performance. Should be able to build long term relationship with customers & Super Distributors. Act as a link between Management & Field staff


2.       Technical Knowledge
MS Office
P& L Management
Must know how to use technical tools – SWAAS or any other tracking tool


3.       Key Accountabilities
Develop Plan and Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
Timely Performance review of  field staff
Monitor and control attrition
Training and Development of team members.
Maintaining relationship with the stockiest, CFAs, chemist  etc.
Ensure profitability to the organization by ensuring good product mix, minimum expiry and sales return.
Competitor analysis.
Monitor new product success in the market

5.       Qualification & Experience
Qualification – Graduate of any discipline. MBA in sales & Marketing preferred
Experience  – 10  – 12 years ( with minimum 6-7 years as ASM/BDM)
Age – 30 – 38 years
CTC – 6.5 – 7.5 L  p.a.


6.       Competencies
Planning & Strategizing
Team handling – minimum 10 people
Training & Development
Exceptional understanding of Product mix, pricing , promotion & market knowledge
Competitor Analysis
